  5. Person who practices Buddhism illuminates the entire world Buddhism is a teaching that dispels Avijja, ignorance of the true nature of the world. The Four Noble Truths expound clearly how emancipation from suffering can be attained.
  6. Let us build an antinarcotic society All forms of drowsiness, sleep or anesthesia induced by liquor, narcotics etc., affect clear thinking depriving the user to normal intellectual life and response to external stimuli.
