Further any citizen can make a complaint or grievance about government services through simply by dialing 1919. Its service is accessible by dialing 1919 from any telephone network. The foreigners or expatriates can access GIC by dialing +94 11 2 191919. It also offers the same information in 3 languages through its multilingual interactive website, www.gic.gov.lk

During last five year of operation it has provided information to over 5,000,000 numbers of callers.
